A friend of mine informed me last night that the proper way to listen to The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me is to start at track 7 (“Welcome to Bangkok”) and then you’ll hear the full story in order. I haven’t tried it yet but just going off the song titles/lyrics, it actually makes a lot of sense.

Gotta love Persians
I love when all the women FIGHT over who gets to wash the dishes. It’s the most hilarious thing ever to see 5 or 6 women argue over who is going to do the dishes. Especially cause they fight in Farsi. Then while the “winner” is washing, the other women who are cleaning up are constantly saying “take a break, let us wash some.”
