Probably the coolest quilt, ever.
Agreed. If I was talented in the sowing department, I’d attempt to make this. But I would make it so the piece coming down has a place to fit perfectly…or else my own blanket would drive me crazy.

This is pretty intricate & amazing. My brother & I actually did something similar to this in the car when we figured out how the Chargers line up would be different if they drafted Peyton Manning instead of Ryan Leaf *shakes head*

They’re thieves! They’re thieves! They’re filthy little thieves! Where is it? Where is it? They stole it from us, our precious. Curse them! WE hates them! It’s ours it is, and we wants it! We wants it, we needs it. Must have the precious. They stole it from us.

If Holden Caulfield Had an iPod (Free Mixtape)
The fine minds at Flavorwire are beginning a new series that creates the imagined playlists of famous literary characters whose stories take place well before the possibility of quick and share-able digital mixtapes. They’ve begun with Holden Caufield, that indifferent sloucher about whom all of your friends in high school (or perhaps you) were obsessed.
How to send someone a playlist online WITHOUT changing track tags or making the person order it themselves
Haha what a lengthy title.
But seriously, my friend figured this out and it blew my mind. I like making mixes for people but hate changing track tags and I feel bad making them add the songs in order themselves. But iTunes has a way to send people mixes super easy. Here’s how:
- Make the mix in iTunes
- When you’re done, open up a new folder and drag all the songs from the playlists into the folder
- Compress the folder
- Go back to the playlist and right click on the title
- Click “export” and save the text file
- Send the person the compressed folder AND text file
- Have them import the folder into iTunes
- Then instruct them to go to File > Library > Import Playlist and pick the text file
- Viola! The playlist magically makes itself
Isn’t that awesome!?
I made y’all a tiny mix (literally) so you can try it out and see how awesome it is for yourself. I discovered this also a great way to save playlists you’ve made in case your computer ever crashes! Woo
