If someone were to ask me what I’d considered my best skill, I’d have to say it’s my ability to surround myself with amazing people. This morning I woke up to flowers & funfetti cake from my roommate. She even used my favorite vase that she made (she does glass blowing). We’ll be baking together tonight. :) I came home from work and finally opened my present from Kristi, which arrived on Monday. As I opened it, I was confused - the top of the gift looked like Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs, which I had bought for HER two years back. After going through the maze of cards, I discover she got her copy of the book signed for ME because she knew how much I loved Chuck Klosterman. And, in a little bit, Amanda and Jacob will be coming over to continue the celebrations. I’m a lucky gal :)
