30 of the Most Anticipated Movies of 2012
The Hobbit part 1. Batman. The Hunger Games. New Wes Anderson. New Tarantino. New Alfonso Cuaron. James Bond. The Great Gatsby.
2012 could potentially be an epic year for movies.

Here’s a picture.
Yesterday consisted of:
- Apartment hunting for August
- Buying Carson his wedding present…1 week till the wedding! So weird
- Going to Basic with my roomies for delicious pizza
- Deciding to become best friends with Bryan
Today consists of:
- Writing all my thank you cards from graduation. I hate thank you cards.
- Laundry, laundry, and more laundry
- Watching the season 3 finale of LOST
- Not wanting to go to work tomorrow. The weekend goes by so much faster when you’re working. It’s weird.
My brain is jumbled with things so…
- I picked up my cap & gown today! I officially graduate (and speak in front of 5,000 people ahh) in a little over a week!
- My boss at work called me a superstar - because I finished all of my required online training in 3.5 days when we’re given 2 weeks haha
- Because of that, I’ll be assigned to my FIRST PROJECT on June 13th! Eeee
- Today at work, I stumbled onto our company’s internal website page and discovered I can buy Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 for $9.95! I figured for $10 I can be legal for once in my life…especially because my torrent-ed version for whatever reason decided to expire. Win.
- With my new health insurance plan from work my birth control will be completely free (or…$40 a month because that’s how much they deduct for the insurance). Booyah!
- I just ate a healthy and nutritious dinner (brown rice, lots of steamed veggies, salmon) but knowing that there is ice cream in the freezer is making me hungry…
Multi-tasking? Or avoiding getting any real work done by working on something for only 10 minutes before moving on?
- Studying for my final on Thursday
- Going through a “Safe Alcohol Serving” online class for my new job
- Looking for jobs
- Writing cover letters
- Doing housework
- Eating the most delicious milkshake ever
THINGS
- I’m taking a long Thanksgiving break and flying home tonight! Except my flight has been delayed till 10:05. Lame.
- I got a 98% on my physiology midterm! Aka the midterm I took after watching Harry Potter at midnight
- I TAKE THE GMAT ON SATURDAY. OH DEAR GOD. Except for Thursday, when I will be cooking or eating, I will spend all break studying. Party.
- I turn 21 in 9 days! Woo
- I lead a very uninteresting life
- The Chargers are back to the their true form tonight. Suck it Broncos! (Please don’t make me eat my words, Chargers. WIN)
It’s not even funny how true ALL these are.
(I like 5, 12, 18, and 23 especially. But shoot. They are all so good).

Home Sweet Home
After 15 days of traveling, I’m home! I was supposed to fly into San Diego last night and fly back north this afternoon, but my parents switched my flight around so I flew straight into San Jose. Got home around 10:30pm, but I was still on EST so I was fucking tired. Especially cause I didn’t sleep on the flight. But then!!! I woke up today at 7am because my body thought it was 10am. Love you jet lag.
Things I Will Miss about the East Coast:
- The abundance of boys in Sperry’s and shorts
- Matt
- The subway system
- Public transportation in general. Cheap railroad! Cheap buses across states!
- The extreme passion the people have for their sports teams. It’s like nothing California has ever seen
- Boston’s accents
- The abundance of really nice, helpful people
Things I Won’t Miss about the East Coast:
- The humidity
- How disgustingly hot the subway stations would get
- Seeing the Patriots logo everywhere
- The Staten Island Zoo
- The ratio of convenience stores to grocery stores in the cities. Waaaay too many convenience stores. I think I saw one grocery store/market.
